اﻷميرة ليﻻني هذه المرة آمنه ولكن في هذا الجزء من اللعبة يتم اختطاف اختها تينا من قبل اتباع الطبيب الشرير .ثماني جزر يسيطر عليها الطبيب الشرير محفوفة بالمخاطر .ايظا يوجد اربع دينصورات صديقة مستعدة لمساعدة البطل الذي سيهزم الشرير ويبعد الخطر عن جزيرتهم .هنا يذهب مستر هيجينز في مغامرة ﻷنقاذ شقيقة اﻷميرة وانقاذ الجزيرة من الطبيب الشرير والتخلص منه. -

Adventure Island II (高橋名人の冒険島ⅡTakahashi Meijin no Bōken Jima Tsū?, lit. "Great Takahashi's Adventure Island II") is a side-scrolling platform gamedeveloped by Now Production and published by Hudson Soft that was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991.

Princess Leilani may be safe, but her sister, the sweet and beautiful Tina, has just been kidnapped by the Evil Witch Doctor's persistent followers. Eight perilous islands are in control of the various monster minions, although four friendly dinosaurs will gladly ally themselves with those willing to brave the islands' dangers and defeat their common oppressors. Thinking of how grateful his favorite lady will be when he comes to her rescue, Master Higgins embarks on a daunting quest to get to his honey.
