في جيم بلي من منظور علوي وفي عالم مفتوح هدفك الوحيد في اللعبة هو الوصول الى اعلى مستوى في عالم الجريمة وابسط طريقة لعمل ذلك هو اﻷنظمام الى احدى العصابات فاللعبة وفيها مختلف العصابات التي تكون في حالة حرب فالشوارع مع بعضها البعض ، حيث عليك فاللعبة ان تحصل على ثقة مختلف العصابات لكي تكسبهم في صفك وذلك عن طريق تأدية بعض المهام التي يوكلونك بها من اجل اثبات جدارتك في عالم الجريمة ، في جيم بلي مسلي تقاتل فيه ضد بعض العصابات بمختلف اﻷسلحة وتقود سيارتك في مختلف المهام في عالم مفتوح وجيم بلي اكشن ومغامرة . -

As a small time hood, your only goal is to get to the top of the crime world. The simplest way to do that is to join a crime syndicate. Luckily, the various gangs tend to be at war with each other, and blowing away a few members of one gang will increase your credibility with another. Eventually, you will be able to answer pages and take missions from one of the gangs, where completing missions will move you up the ranks. Should you fail, it's Game Over in GRAND THEFT AUTO 2.
