الﻻعب يتحكم بشخصية سوبرمان في مغامرة للقتال ضد اﻷشرار بنفس قصة فلم الكرتون حيث عليه العبور عبر عدة مراحل والقتال ضد اﻷشرار اتباع سوبر فيلين حتى الوصول الى آخر مرحلة وهية مواجهة رئيس هؤوﻻء اﻷشرار وهو سوبر فيلين.

Superman (known in Europe as Superman: The Man of Steel) is the title of a video game released by Sunsoft for the Mega Drive/Genesis in 1992. It is based on the popular DC comic bookcharacters of the same name and is a traditional single-player side-scrollingarcade game where the player controls Superman through various levels in an effort to defeat the evil supervillain named Brainiac. Other super villains, as bosses, include The Prankster, Metalloand Mr. Mxyzptlk.This game was planned to be released on the SNES, but was cancelled sometime before it was completed
