Yoshi's Story, released in Japan as Yoshi Story (ヨッシーストーリー Yosshī Sutōrī?), is a side-scrolling platform game, published and developed by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It was first released on December 21, 1997, in Japan; March 10, 1998, in North America; and May 10, 1998, in PAL regions.

Known as the sequel to the SNES title Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, the game continues within the platform genre, presenting gameplay similar to its predecessor. However, Yoshi's Story turns in a more puzzle-oriented direction, with the aspect of challenge being foremost tied to the achievement of a high score by strategic means. Taking place within a pop-up storybook, the game features vivid pre-rendered 3D graphics, illustrating worlds that are crafted from different materials, such as cardboard, fabrics, plastic, and wood.

Duke Nukem: Zero Hour is a third-person shooter video game in the Duke Nukem series, developed by Eurocom for the Nintendo 64. It has a 4 player split-screen multiplayer mode that uses a first-person view.

The plot revolves around time travelling aliens attempting to alter the course of history and eliminate Duke's ancestors. Locations, weapons, items, and clothing are relevant to the time period Duke is in.

The game has an opening intro that explains the concept of the plot. The game also has many mature plot elements. In one stage, Duke time-travels to the Victorian Era and finds the still-fresh murder scene of Mary Jane Kelly. She had been slain at her residence of 13 Miller's Court on November 9, 1888 by Jack the Ripper. In another, Duke must travel through a New York devastated by atomic warfare.

Mega Man Legends, known in Japan asRockman DASH Hagane no Bōkenshin (ロックマンDASH 鋼の冒険心 Rokkuman Dasshu Hagane no Bōkenshin?, lit. "Rockman DASH Adventurous Spirit of Steel"), is an action-adventure game released by Capcom. It is the first game in the Mega Man Legends sub-series of Mega Man games from Capcom, and the first major 3D polygonal Mega Man title released in the franchise. It was released on the PlayStation in 1997 in Japan and in 1998 in North America. A Nintendo 64 port was released in 2000 with the same title, but it was renamed Mega Man 64 for the English release in 2001. Another port was released forMicrosoft Windows in 2001, and PlayStation Portable in 2005, with the latter exclusively in Japan.

It stars a different spiritual incarnation ofMega Man named Mega Man Volnutt, the game's playable character. Mega Man Volnutt is a "Digger", a person in charge of investigating ruins from a flooded Earth. During his journey with his friends, their ship crashes in Kattelox Island, where Mega Man decides to confront pirates who are attacking it to obtain its hidden treasure. As an action-adventure game, Mega Man Legends 's gameplay is very different from the ones of the original series despite sharing a few elements.

The game was produced by Keiji Inafune who remarks that he and the Capcom staff enjoyed designing the game. Since its original release Mega Man Legends has received positive critical response due the series jump from 2D graphics to 3D. Ports for the Nintendo 64 and Windows received negative comments for lacking updates from the PlayStation version whose graphics were considered outdated by the time the ports were released. Nevertheless, critics have praised Mega Man Legends as an enjoyable game in the Mega Man series. Mega Man Legends was followed by the prequel The Misadventures of Tron Bonne and a sequel titled Mega Man Legends 2.

Killer Instinct Gold is a 1996 fighting video game based on the arcade game Killer Instinct 2. The game was developed by Rare and released by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64video game console. Bad Dudes Vs DragonNinja, also called Bad Dudes Vs.
