نسخة سيجا سي دي تختلف عن نسخ الأجهزة الأخرى من حيث الرسومات والمشاهد التي وضعت في بداية اللعبة في فيديو كامل الحركة وايضا طريقة اعادة الأهداف والعروض اللتي تعرض على شاشة الملعب عند تسجيل الأهداف.
الﻻعب يأخذ السيطرة على احد المنتخبات العالمية في هذا اﻷصدار من اللعبة في محاكاة للعب الواقعي لتحقيق الفوز في كل مباراة بقوانين اللعب الواقعية وتتوفر فاللعبة عدة مودات للعب منها اللعب الفردي ولعب البطولة واللعب الثنائي واحد ضد واحد. حصلت اللعبة على تقييمات ايجابية بشكل عام.

FIFA International Soccer is a 1993 sports video game developed by EA Canada's Extended Play Productions team and published by Electronic Arts. Based on the sport of association football, the game tasks the player with controlling a football team. The game was released for the Sega Mega Driveconsole in December 1993 and ported to numerous other systems in 1994.
The game allows up to four human players at the same time, each controlling a different footballer. The players can choose to control a footballer on the same team or on opposing teams. The remaining footballers are controlled by the computer.Four modes of play — Exhibition, Tournament, Playoffs and League — are available.
The most popular sport on the planet unfolds in ultra-realistic Sega CD fashion. An incredible array of seven user-controlled camera angles and slow-motion replays are taken to another level with a soundtrack that'll charge any soccer fan. The 64 international teams and six all-star teams can compete in four modes: Instant Replay, Exhibition, Tournament, and Championship. The game plays as smooth as any match you would see on TV, thanks in part to full-motion video in-game action sequences. Features a multitude of gaming options for up to four players.
