يتم ارسال فريق الفا قرب مدينة راكوون للتحقيق في سلسلة من جرائم القتل واكتشاف ماوراء هذه الجرائم ، يتعرض الفريق لهجوم من كﻻب متعطشة للدماء اثناء ذهابهم ويتعرض احدهم للقتل ، يهرب بعض اعضاء الفريق الناجين الى قصر قريب وهناك يسعون ﻷكتشاف الحقيقة وراء هذه الكﻻب والجرائم في جيم بلي رعب ومحاولة النجاة من الوحوش التي تظهر لهم . -

A team of S.T.A.R.S (Special Tactics And Rescue Squad) members are called to investigate a series of murders near Raccoon City. While searching the woods near the city, the team is attacked by blood thirsty dogs and they have to retreat to a nearby mansion.
