الجزء الثاني من لعبة فايتينج فورس وتحدث قصة هذا الجزء في المستقبل البعيد حيث اصبح الأستنساخ البشري واقع ولكن تم حضره بموجب معاهدة دولية ولكن هناك شركة يشتبه بها على انها خرقت المعاهدة وتعمل في بحوثات الأستنساخ حيث يأتي هنا الدور على بطل اللعبة هوك مامسون الذي يتم ارساله في مهمة للتحقيق في الأمر ، يتضمن جيم بلي اللعبة طريقة القتال يدا بيد وايضا بالأسلحة مثل الجزء الأول عدى ان هذا الجزء لايوجد به متعدد اللاعبين حيث يمكن للاعب واحد فقط اللعب ولكن بها اسلحة اكثر ومراحل اكثر واكبر من الجزء السابق.على عكس التقييمات التي حصل عليها الجزء الأول من اللعبة فقد حصل هذا الجزء على تقييمات منخفظة جدا بسبب قلة نسبة المبيعات والقاعدة الجماهيرية القليلة للعبة .كان يوجد جزء ثالث قيد التطوير في ذلك الوقت ولكن توقف وتم الغائه بسبب اغلاق استوديو شركة كور ديزاين نهائيا.

Fighting Force 2 is the sequel to 1997's original Fighting Force, which was one of the first 3D takes on the 2D Beat 'em up genre. The game was released for the PlayStation and Dreamcast and was developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive. It was released in North America on 30 November 1999.
Set in the not-too-distant future, human cloning has become a reality but has been banned by international treaty. The Knackmiche Corporation is suspected of researching cloning, and mercenary Hawk Manson is sent on a covert mission to investigate.
It features hand-to-hand and weapons combat like the original game but does not include multiplayer support. While it includes more weapons and larger levels than its predecessor, the sequel includes only one playable character this time around: Hawk Manson.
