Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage is a side-scrolling beat 'em up game for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Mega Drive/Genesis, developed by Software Creations and published by Acclaim Entertainment and its subsidiary LJN in 1994. The game, based on a sprawling comic book story arc of the same name, features numerous heroes, including Spider-Man, Venom, and their allies from the Marvel Comics fictional universe like Captain America, Black Cat, Iron Fist, Cloak and Dagger, Deathlok, Morbius and Firestar, all teaming up to battle an onslaught of villains led by Carnage, including Shriek, Doppelganger, Demogoblin and Carrion.

The first prints of the game for the Super NES and Genesis were sold in red-colored cartridges. Later prints came in standard-colored cartridges. It was followed up by a sequel titled Venom/Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety.

Universal Studios Orlando used Maximum Carnage as the theme for a haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights in 2002.

صدرت هذه اللعبة على سبع اجهزة مختلفة ومنها فاميكوم طبعا نسخة فاميكوم تختلف عن بقية النسخ وتعتبر لعبة آر بي جي استراتيجية تعرض اﻷفعال او الأكشن بطريقة سينمائية جميلة مثل طريقة لعب لعبة كابتن ماجد ،تحاكي اللعبة سلسلة الرسوم المتحركة المعروفة عربيا بالرمية الملتهبة ،يتوفر للعبة ترجمة من بعض المعجبين على اﻷنترنت لهذا الأصدار.طبعا الهدف فاللعبة هو اسقاط عناصر فريق الخصم كاملا بالكرة لكي تحقق الفوز وتستمر في قصة اللعبة.

يتحكم اللاعب بشخصية الطائر فليكي في مهمة لأنقاذ وجمع فراخها الثمانية والعودة بهم الى العش وتجنب قطط المنزل اللتي تريد اكل فراخها ، يمكن للاعب الأستعانة ببعض العناصر المنزلية لكي تستطيع ضرب القطط بها وتحتوي اللعبة على 100 مرحلة مختلفة .حصلت اللعبة على تقييمات إيجابية إجمالا ومن الملاحظ ان سيجا قامت بوضع شخصية فليكي في عدد من العاب سونيك منها سونيك ثري دي وسونيك اند ناكلز 3 .

Flicky (フリッキー Furikkī?) is a platform game developed by Sega and originally released for the Sega System 1 arcade platform in 1984. Bally/Midway manufactured the game in America. The player controls an eponymous blue bird and must gather all the Chirps in each round and take them to the exit. There are cat and lizard enemies which can kill the player, although Flicky can use items to protect itself from danger. Flicky was later ported to various home computer systems in Japan, and in 1991 was ported to the Sega Genesis, the version which has been re-released in several compilations of Sega video games. Many of Sega's later games have given homage to Flicky, most notably within the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The gameplay of Sonic 3D Blast features many similar characteristics to Flicky, and the small bird characters in the game are explicitly named "Flickies".

The Punisher (Japanese: パニッシャー Hepburn: Panisshā?) is a 1993 beat 'em up arcade game developed and released by Capcom. It stars the Marvel Comics' anti-hero the Punisher and co-stars S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Nick Fury as the second player's character as they embark on a mission to kill the crime lord the Kingpin and bring down his organization. Whilst following the same general formula as Capcom's previous beat 'em ups, the game has a range of usable weapons and a comics-style presentation.

The Punisher gained significant popularity in arcades and is widely regarded as one of the best titles in the beat 'em up genre as well as one of the best video game adaptations of comic books. A Mega Drive/Genesis port was developed by Sculptured Software and published by Capcom USA and Marvel Entertainment in 1994 to mixed reviews.
