في هذه اللعبة الهدف مثل اي لعبة سباق اخرى وهو الوصول الى خط النهاية فالسباق ولكن في هذه اللعبة عليك ايظا المقاتلة من اجل الوصول بأستخدام اسلحة متنوعة وايظا يعترض طريقك مجموعة من المتسابقين لمقاتلتك ومنعك من الوصول الى النهاية.

MegaRace is a racing video game created byCryo Interactive. It features pre-rendered 3-D graphics and over twenty minutes of full motion video of fictional game show host, Lance Boyle. It was released for MS-DOS in 1993. It was then released for the Sega CDand the 3DO the following year. There was apparently a version in development for the Commodore Amiga CD32, which was previewed in many Amiga magazines of the time. It spawned two sequels, MegaRace 2and MegaRace 3. MegaRace features a technochiptune soundtrack composed by Stéphane Picq of Dune fame.
You'll be racing to the finish line in this game, but it's not just the end that you should be concerned about. You need to fight your way to the end, battling five conniving drivers like Hammerhead and King Cool. By using such things as speed, cunning, and aggression you might just make it to the end. With cars loaded with weapons can you stand a chance, or will you be the winner? It's the future and this race is televised. The network is looking to see how much business they can get out of this and blood means big business. Host Lance Boyle comments on every twist, turn and kill.
