ريك اوكونيل يكتشف بالصدفة هامون باترا المدينة المصرية المليئة بالموتى وفيها يوقضون امحوتب عن طريق الغلط ويعود امحوتب المحنط الى قيد الحياة ويبدأ في احداث الدمار في اﻷرض ، مهمة اللاعب العبور عبر عدة مهمات استكشافية لكي يعيد امحوتب الى مكانه وايقافه من تدمير العالم.حصلت اللعبة على تقييمات مختلطة بين المتوسط والسلبي بسبب وجود بعض المشاكل في الجرافكس والتحكم. -
The Mummy is a platform game for the PlayStation game console and Windows PC. A Dreamcast and Xbox version were planned, but were ultimately canceled, possibly due to time restraints. The game is based mostly on the first film in the The Mummy series, taking place immediately after Evie resurrects Imhotep. The game was released on November 17th 2000 A.D by the Konami Corporation and Developed by Universal Interactive Studios and Rebellion Developments
Rick O'Connell accidentally discovers Hamanaptra, the Egyptian city of the dead. When he returns with Egyptologist Evelyn Carnahan and her brother Jonathan they awaken Imhotep, a priest that was cursed and mummified alive. Now, Rick and his companions must stop Imhotep from destroying the world. In each of the levels, you (as Rick) must gather the six pieces of the star key. However, there are a large number of enemies that will get in the way. Luckily, you can use a huge number of weapons including a machete, dual pistols, a shotgun, a Lewis machine gun, dynamite, and magical amulets to get rid of any enemy. In addition to the exploration and action levels, some areas incorporate new gameplay styles like floating down a river while avoiding obstacles. The fate of the world is in your hands in THE MUMMY.
